Refund & Exchange Policy
Be You Co. accepts exchange of item(s) within 7 days upon receiving the order under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was delivered
- Item has a manufacturer's defect
- Exchange of size
Do note that exchange is done on a case by case basis, subject to availability of the stocks. This, however, excludes orders made with promotional / discount code and sale items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Also, Be You Co. will only bear mailing cost for exchange items due to defects or wrong delivery of order(s). Otherwise, mailing costs will be absorbed by customers.
To request for an exchange, please email our customer service team at email@example.com or simply reach out to us on our Instagram account here, where we are most active at! Arrangements will be made upon contact. All items should not be worn/washed and must be in brand new condition otherwise, will be rejected if items do not fulfill the requirements.
For defective items, please drop an email with a photo and description of the defective area to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon receipt of parcel. Our customer service team will verify and process the exchange. Do note that measurements provided on site are approximated and may vary slightly and will not be considered as a defect for exchange.
Please note that refunds are not acceptable at the moment.
