Customer Care

Email us at hello.beyou.co@gmail.com with your order number should you have any enquiry and we will reply within 2 – 4 days.

Stock Availability

In the event that technical glitches occur and the item(s) shown to be available are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we can. You may cancel your order and opt for store credits, or a refund.

In situations where your item is found to be defective before shipping, we will not ship your order. In the event that your item is defective and is the last piece in stock, we will notify you and you may either cancel your order and opt for store credits, or a refund.

Order Cancellation

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Thus, please only cart out after you ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct quantity, size and colour. Be You Co. will not be held liable in the event that the wrong item(s) are purchased due to purchasing error.

Do also ensure that the correct address and mobile number provided. Misinformation will result in a delay in delivery and a re-delivery fee of $3.60 will be charged if the parcel is returned.

Price

All prices displayed on our Website are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD).

​All prices displayed on our Website are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes to all prices without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. In the event whereby a product displays an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we shall credit your account with the amount of the incorrect price.

Colours

When editing images for display on our Website, we always strive to produce the most realistic colours of the merchandises. However, different people may perceive different colours as different devices render colours differently. Such situations are not within our control and we will not be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours.

Measurements

All measurements provided on our Website are taken manually. Despite our efforts to be as accurate as possible, the presence of discrepancies is still common due to the nature of the mass-manufacturing process. Minor variations in measurement (+ / - 1 - 3cm) is not considered a defect. Such instances are also not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for those discrepancies unless it is beyond the grace limit.
